I found out quickly that in addition to the awesome power this blower creates, it also had many other attractive features. That’s another thing I like about the Makita company is that not only do they produce high quality power tools, they also do an excellent job of describing their products so you know exactly what you are getting before you buy. The Makita BBX7600 backpack blower comes with a commercial grade, 4-cycle, 75.6cc engine that is responsible for producing the high air speeds. If you have been using a less powerful backpack blower like an Echo or Troy-Bilt, get ready for quite an adjustment. The power differential is night and day.

So let’s review: this blower is super powerful, well designed, quiet, and comfortable to use. Is there anything not to like about the Makita BBX7600? Not according to those who have purchased it. It has received nearly all positive reviews. Really, the only thing people aren’t crazy about is the price tag. Yes, it does in fact cost more than most backpack blowers available today. But I personally would much rather pay a little extra to get a leaf blower from a trusted company that works great and will last over time. Especially when you consider that it comes with a full three year warranty.
